Afternoon tea

Learning the culture and traditions of host countries is part of our work as diplomats. During a visit to Kuwait in April, we were invited by Kuwaiti friends to spend the afternoon with them in the desert. We drove about half an hour to a desert area in the outskirts of Kuwait City and had tea with our friends and their relatives.
